Had a guy call wanting this. It is a KXTA824 with a TVA50 VM. He has had it doing CID transfer but is now wanting to use it with a PIN transfer to extension.
He sees where to put in the PIN, allow it in COS, and Custom Prompt, but can't get it to transfer.
It shows in the manual for CID/DID transfer. But not how to use it.
Any ideas?

KLD, in the custom service menu check to see that the "call transfer any time" is set to PIN. It could also be that there is no assigned time mode if the time isn't set to none. MrG
