I have a customer that has an 824 and wants to be able to dial in through the DISA or maybe through a voice processor. He wants to connect a device that will auto answer an extension and connect the extension to a two way radio circuit to monitor. He has the interface box already and it works fine on a CO line which drops battery when the far end disconnects. But will an extension on the 824 do the same thing or will the box stay connected forever? I can explain in more detail of this description isn't complete.

Country Wide - Thanks for the info. I suspected that there was no CPC available at the stations.

Bob, the TA 824 offers CPC detection for incoming and outgoing. Check out pages 44 and 45 in the programming manual. Program fields 420 and 421 MrG
