TD1232 V3 has been shut down and power cord unplugged for some time. Recently the building was bought and I powered up the system. The phones produce a high pitch whining noise. I cleared the programming and still get the same issue. I also unplugged all additional cards and still have the same issue. The phones do not respond to any actions or buttons.

It sounds like the Crystal on the plu card, it runs the digital ports, if you plug in a standard telephone in the center pairs does that work
