I should know this but i could not find it in the 125 manual. when you get transfered into a subcribers mailbox and want to get back to the operator how do you accomplish that. dialing 0 does not do it.
also is there a simple way to have two extensions ring when you press 0 from the auto attendant. thanks

You have to allow operator service in the TVS 125. I believe you have to have this allowed in the COS and possibly the individual mailbox. There's a good chance that that the operators extension is not defined in the TVS. As for for ringing both operators, that's in the TD1232. Set up the 2nd operator in 006 and by default it should ring both at the same time. If not, you may have to check in 990, area 5 bit 15. MrG

set covering ext for the attendant on each mailbox if its not being used then during personal greeting you can "0" out
