OBT
In my sceniero, the Flash #90 is on the 'same' incoming CO. Vonage is the customers TelCo, so the #90 may be specific to Vonage.

I was trying to get my head around your sceniero. the problem I can see is that some of the calls coming through the AA are for the extensions on the kxtd so the problem is getting the EFA only on calls for the external system and just a fxa for the calls to the local extensions.

The Alternate Extension Transfer Sequence can be used to separate the different transfer sequence requirements, although I do not use it.
This is the nature of my original question.
The TVS100 can only accomplish the CO transfer when it first transfers the call to an extension on the TD1232 that is 'Forwarded' to another outside number. When the TD1232 receives the request from the VPS to transfer to (x 23 for example), instead, seizes a line and dials the phone number specified in the 'Forward to CO' preference at that extension. Once the new call is connected, the TD1232 bridges or conferences the calls together (Incoming CO to Outgoing CO).
The result is very low voice volume over the bridged CO calls and 2 CO's tied up for this process.

the alternate extension is for if programmed if the AA cant put the call through to the first extension it will come back to AA and follows the alternate extension route. The td did have a problem with low volume on co to co bridge.I had to change to a kxtda because of poor quality sound on co to co calls. I don't know how the tvs 225 with EFA would handle this, if mr G or brokeda could help out with this question

Z-G, the direct transfer as you said, is no problem. OK, with a TVA or TVS125 or 225 depending on the ports you need and what you can find should be able to transfer a call from a custom menu using the "centrex" feature. You should be able to acomplish this with a one touch through the digit translation tables. Press 1 for the ABC office press 2 for the XYZ office. The problem could be the #90 after the TVS sends the flash but I think you can add this to the beginning of the number string. I'll have to pull the books or a CD as I haven't used it in years. This should get around the volume loss as it's actually using the CO to transfer the call and once it's completed the TD and TVS are out of the picture. OBT, when using the "centrex" transfer the TVS does not put the call on hold as it needs to be on that CO line so it can flash the CO switch. MrG

Thanks again MrG,
I kinda knew we needed to sell the client a new VPS. I needed confirmation that the TVS100 'would not' do a direct centrex transfer.
Once we get them a new VPS, I will post again about the Vonage #90 transfer requirement.
Between you and the others, you have saved my hair, what there is left of it!!
Thanks!!

Thanks Mr G, I went through the prog tool and manual last night, found EFA sequence, and ithink you could add #90 to string? but could not find how to make the mailbox or CS to use it instead of transfer to co Fxn.I'll never nead it because we don't have any set up in Ireland like that. but hay we all like to work these things out, thats why we do what we do for so long.
