If everything is working and no new features are needed is there any reason upgrade?
How important it it to keep firmware current?
Opinions?

The main reason to upgrade firmware is to get extra fuctions or to fix bugs, I would not upgrade unless it would fix a problem or give me a feature that I needed.

The internet is amazing.
I ask a question in Texas and six minutes later a helpful chap in Kilkenny Ireland gives me an answer.
Thanks, OBT!

Hal, if your system is new, it should be a version 3. The only difference is that version 3 allows for 4 ports of apits integration to a TVA voice mail system. MrG
