Sure it's out there, but how long are you going to sell your customers old equipment? That's the equivalent of the retired phone guy who continues to put a band aid on old beat up equipment because he doesn't want to learn a new product. The TDA can be quite basic if need be. That's where the knowledge of your product is important for shaping it to your client's requirements.
