had a client from Miami call me and pretty
sure the battery is shot the phone doesn't charge in his portable phone (couldn't get the model number out of him because he was not on site) but the battery is part of the phone. just like a cell . anyone have a source for that type of battery?

We still get them all the time through Panasonic's National Parts Center in Washington. Their number is 800-833-9626. Certainly not the cheapest place to buy them, but the most reliable.
