I have a tech out in the field out here and I know for sure there is something you have to do to that card to intialize it. the problem is the distributor thought they'd do him a favor and install it for him befor it left the warehouse and of course they threw the little piece of paper that tells you how to init the card away anyone have any idea how to init the BV card?

From the Utility menu, select BV Card Initialization. A confirmation message will be displayed. 2. Click Yes. A completion message will be displayed. 3. Click OK.
