you are going to have get a list of all personell
there that are using voicemail and then get in with the laptop and delete any phantom mailboxes
unused mailboxes the whole 9 (and do what I said above )and then get into class of service and deny outdialing or remote message delivery and make sure the mailbox mgr mailbox and admin mailbox are password protected

Go to phone system and put Vm Jacks on CoS 7 or 8.
I always put them on 6 and program toll restrictions so customer get message on local numbers.

we had a customer get hacked and had a 2100 bill over Christmas weekend salling singapore. we just restrict it to only call loca for pager or cell notification for message waiting
