how do I set my line preference from line 2 to line 1, basically when I pick up the phone it goes to line 2 and I want it to go to line one instead

Thank you that worked, but in messing with the system I have one more problem. Line 1 dose not light up on my phone any more, when other people in my office are using it, and I can't pick up line 1 when it is put on hold by other office members. All other phones work that way just not mine any more.

hit program 99 then press line 1 button if it says "Not Stored" or anything else for that matter on the screen. key in 0 01 auto dial/store then program again.
