DEV, press program 99, press the buton you want, press 2, press 9 and enter the number as you would dial it. Press auto dial/store.
Continue with other keys or press the program button.

Thank You also Can you make it pause and the enter more numbers, example checking your stander phone company voice mail one # then another # then another

when I press speed dial it goes to line one can I have each speed dial do a different line example speed dial 1 line 2 speed dial 4 line

You can put a pause in with the pause key on hand set, if the pause is not long enough you can put in 2 pauses giving you 3.5 sec per pause

if the lines are in seperate groups, lines 1-8 are normaly in groups 1-8 so dialing 81-88 should give you access to each line, just replace the 9 in Mr G's instructions with 81 line 1 82 is line 2 etc..

Thank you, I have hold music now can I have the music play when they transfer from mail box to mail box instead of it just ring

if its the system transfer to a mailbox then you change the setting music source on transfer from, same as hold, to, ring back tone, in the 990's

Yes but by rights you need a royalty free
music source the old ascap chestnut,Any good phone vendor can sell you a promotion/music on hold box with good audio and customized
greeting whilst on hold that connects to your phone system.

Im having trouble changing the main greeting for the phone system, not the individual extensions

the main greeting is changed in mailbox 998, you will need to know the password

what vm do you have?
