Intercom 165, #6 *998 and password.
It seems as though you should give some serious consideration to having a Tech. come out and go over this system with you.
The end user questions sre fine but if it starts getting into system setup or system programming I'll have to ask that any help offered be through PM, e mail or phone.

Ok I can leave the main message up if you could help with this last thing it would help a lot. I’m a custom home builder and as you know through the media I’m unemployed HA HA. So I have down sized my company. I had five people in the office now I have two. I can leave the same greeting but I need to reroute the five exactions into two. For example I’m ex 3 and I would like ex 4 and 5 to reach me on ex 3. and my wife is ex 1 and I need her to have ex 2 also go to her

just do call fwd from those extensions to your and your wifes phones athe those phones dial 7102 ext no and fwd all will come up on the display if you have one and dnd/fwd button will flash
