Hope anyone can help, Im having problem trying to program for the co ringing of a tda100. can anyone help plsss....
im trying the call distribution but i still cant figure it out maybe im missing some parameters.

It's simple enough. You point the C.O. to an ICD group for DAY/NIGHT/LUNCH/BREAK, then add the members to the ICD group. It's done in 2 places.

thanks for that info sir. and i kinda understand it a bit but the problem im facing now is how do I point the c.o. to the icd group i tryed it on DIL 1:1 but it kept asking for an extension # is there an address to point to the ICD group number?

Thank you very much for the info sir. I figured i out. now everything is ok, all extensions are ringing as they should be.
