Does anybody have a copy of the maintenance console for the KX-TDA100 version 2? I'm after one to program a system on monday. UK system.

Panasonic has put a password system on the site.
Passwords are for dealers only and are given out by panasonic.

If you have a account with a distributer they will get you a password

KX-TDA100 Maintenance Console software

When I try to connect to the PBX using USB interface with the maintenance console I get this error message:

E000012
The program is not installed correctly.


Configuration:

PBX kx-tda100 MPR ver:3.2.0.02
Maintenance console:ver:GUI-3.2.15
ver:API-3.2.15
USB driver:ver 2.0.0.7
Windows XP O.S

Could you give us a little more info about yourself in your profile? We like to know a little about who it is we are helping.

Have you tried un-installing and re-installing the software?

I found that installing the software while connected to the system helped greatly.

It's probably too time consuming to educate you on netiquette for this board, but there are a couple of reasons why you won't get an answer to your question.

1. When you ask a question, start a new topic. Asking a question to a user that has not been on the board for SIX years and has 2 posts is not going to go well for you.

2. Since most of the members here are in Europe and the U.S., it's going to be tough for us to know what the policies of Panasonic are in another part of the globe.

If you have a legal copy of the Unified console and a proper operating system with drivers, you might find that the software will function.
