We have a Panasonic KX-TV100 and we are using the KX-T7436, T7453, and T7456 phones with the system. We have a lot of the one touch buttons assigned with old numbers, and we tried to use the manual to change them, but it's not working. We press "program 99 select the one touch button we want to program. Then press 2 and dail the number. But when we press auto dial/Store the phone beeps like a wrong button was pressed and the number never saves. What can I do?

Kenny, the TVS 100 is a voice processing system, (voice mail). Find out what model the actual phone system is. Probably a TD 816 or 1232. The instructions you have that you stated in your original post are correct but you need to have a 9 before the phone number. Your system still should have stored the number though. I would try that procedure and before entering a number press the shift key and then press clear and store and then re-enter it. Needless to say, this should be done with a display set. -------------- MrG
