Is there a way to default or clear the administration password for the TVS-75? We took over an existing system, there is no documentation or anything, and the original vendor is not available for consultation. The customer doesn't want to default the system unless there is no other choice.

Yes, but the system prompts us for the admin password and will not allow us to access the main menu.
