I am not sure what kind of tech you are claiming to be but it is clear that you are not a panasonic tech. With this in mind and the amount of time you are spending spinning your wheels I would suggest you call your local panasonic dbs installer and let them help you out. This forum is for end user support and the questions you are asking go way beyond that.

Thanks for all the help, I'll have to try and find a tech near me as this system was installed long before I started to work there. If anyone knows of any good installer please feel free to send me a pm. I was just trying to learn a little bit more about the system while trying to figure it out so thanks again for the help!
