I have a site which has BRI ISDN. calls to 500 ring at reception(501) then 5-6sec later they ring at 509 and 501. How else can an extn ring with delayed ring. I have check the programming "extn and delayed ringing" 501 is set to immediate 509 no ring. There is no Hunt group programming. the call is not call fwd because if you ring 501 directly it goes to voicemail. Any help appreciated

Check lines groups for a intercept.
Are you using the ddi table to direct the calls or the Dil:N ring tables.
Have a look at station hunt groups and see if 501-509 are in one.
What is 500 a group or extension or is that the last digits of telephone number

I will chk the intercept. I have had a look at the stn hunt grps 500 509 are not in them. 500 is the last digit of the phone number.
