I'm trying to clear a couple of extensions from a hunt group to place them in another hunt group and the system won't let me. I can't find any conditions that prohibit the clearing of extensions. Any ideas?

I *know* that you know that the CONF button clears an entry smile

Does the system not like it if you delete a member in the middle of the group? Requiring you to delete from the last extension (and then add the ones you need back in?

Is this one of those, "Oh, you can't make a change because"
A. The port is in use
B. There is no phone connected to the port

Yes, I know that the CONF button clears them, but thanks for checking.
There are two extensions in the hunt group and I tried clearing them both with no success. I guess it's possible that the extensions were in use, but I don't know for sure and wasn't aware that it could have an effect.
