I set the Day setting to ring 8 phones and answer by VM after four rings(CO group Intercept to 165)by Custom 1. Night setting is DIL 165 (Custom 2).
Now Customer wants to answer every call during Day to go to VM first and play disclaimer that "This call may be recorded" and then ring the 8 phones and if not answered in four rings then go to Custom 1.

After initial pickup by VM I can set 191 and put those 8 phones in group 1, and have these 8 phones ringing. How can I bring custom1 back after that?

Thanks for your help as always.

The way I would approach this is as follows:

Direct the calls to a custom with the "this call may be recorded" message, then time out with no dtmf to the group of phones that you want to ring and then overflow/timeout that group back to the custom 1.

I hope this helps and makes sense...

I understand the first part to time out to group 191. The second part I do not know how to set since 191 rings four rings it will go to Mail Box 191. This KXTD1232 so it does not have group timeout/overflow like TDA systems.

I thought to do following but not sure if it will work.
Initial calls go to Custom 1. Time out to ext. 205 (SLT) loop back 205 to line 5 (They have four lines)and Intercept line 8 to Custom 2.
I am not sure if this will work. Also what if there are two or threee calls coming in.

Thanks

I am not sure it can be done but I beleve so. Initial calls go to VMs Recorging Announcement with the " to proceed press a #(7). Goes to SLT which is Forwarded (Al calls) to MB that have a inside Routing(instead of Custom 1) set up and allows dialing out of it. No to take a message option.

Because it in the same trunk group returning back to the vm it would only go back to the same custom service even if you did a fxd in port settings. the tvs does not do personal AA ( as far as I know), so I dont think it can be done.
Are messaging modules available over there?

it will if you have it ring phantom
buttons instead of a ring group and you can
get the phantoms mailbox to irna calls.
