Thanks to OBT who helped solve teh first issue:
I recently installed a KX-TA 824 in my home with 2CO's and 21 extensions. I also have the KX-TA824 BV Voicemail card in my system. I have 7 KX-T773X phones, 1 KX-7896 and 2 SLT phones, two PC's with modems and a fax machine. The other extensions are second jacks in most of rooms for SAT lines or more SLTs. I am trying to set up the voicemail and have hit a snag. I want CO1, the main line to have one voicemail box for the entire family and CO2 to have a second voicemail box. Ideally I'd like the VM outgoing message to play after aboyt 4-5 rings on each line. Can any one provide me the instructions on how do to this. The documentation is a bit tough.

I have CO2 set up with DISA and AA. The DISA OGM says 1 to talk or 9 for fax. Problem is that it won't ring or go to BV. It plays the DISA OGM and won't ring Ext 101. Can anyone help. I'm willing to loose the DISA with AA and use Simply ring a few times and then let VM pickup.

Sorry 824 does not do intercept routing.
