Hi I have a DBS824 and a Panavoice S Series I made all the technician configuration but i can not get the personal mailboxes. We call the voicemail extension, and answers us the main greeting, after that we introduce the personal id, but we can not access to the personal voice mail. it says that "....the extension is not available" or i did not hear your selection" i selected for the extension type like "third party voicemail with opx" any ideas thaks in advance

Log in with Cosessions and make sure that the mailboxes have the proper personal ID and extensions. The extension type should be 10.

ok thanks i have other questions 1.- I can not turn off the message lamp on ext.101, i have no messages on it. i already reset the mailbox extension.but it doesn´t turn off 2.-how can i use the active key menu, what i want to do is press 2 for...3 for.. how can i link option one to ext 101, etc thanks

1. Leave mailbox 101 a new message and then log into the mailbox and delete it. If that doesn't do it, maybe some other extension set the message. Press Auto and Flash on the phone. 2. Use Cosessions.
