My office is using KXTD1232 with KX-T7433. When a customer calls to my office, he will first hear the greeting message. Then he can dial and extension, but when an extension is busy, the customer will be asked to dial several digits e.g. 2, #, 8 before he can dial another extension or return to the '0' or operator. How can I change this to make things easier? At least, when an extension is busy, simply transfer to the operator.

You could set a busy fwd to operators extension on each extension, wnen a call comes in and that extension is busy it will fwd to the operators extension or have busy no answer to voice mail and the customer gets greeting you can record message to say please leave a message or dial 0 for operator
