Looking to learn how to turn on the incoming CO line ring for the Panasonic Kx-TD 816 phone system. This is a 5 line system, and at present, only line 1 rings in. The other lines currently show line status ring in, but no audible ring tone.

Prog 603 = dil 1:N and is the normal way to set ringing

But there is a few ways of doing this, where do they ring at the moment. you coild have the lines set in dil 1:1 to a group or extension. if the lines are set to follow the dil 1:1. it wont matter what you set in prog 603 dil 1:N.
