When a CO line call comes in, it rings several phones (no auto attendant). At no point is that ringing call logged in the call log of any phone. It does not matter if the call goes unanswered, or if it is answered and transferred, or if it is answered and placed on hold and then answered at another extension. It will not generate an entry in the call log.
The only way I can get a call to show as a new call in the call log is if a CO line rings ONE station specifically and that station does NOT answer the call and the call goes to the stations VM box (TVS 100), at that point it shows in the call log. Unfortunately, this is not how they want to use the phone system but they do need the call log feature.
Any suggestions?
