Hey guys I know you've had this asked before so if anyone can help me out I sure would appreciate it as well as the customer. I have A customer that I inherited with multiple sites where there previous vendor installed KX-TD equipment and a couple of the locations he changed the default password on the 1232's and the TVS 50's. Myself and the customer attempted to contact the previous vendor for his system password but he got sick and is no where to be found. Thus I have already defaulted one of the voice mails and reprogrammed it all due not being able to access programming via laptop due to the unknown password. Not a huge deal on the voice mails, however the two 1232 systems both need programming changes and I'm not wanting to default the switch because of an immense amount of DID programming. Is there any other way to reset the password back to default or determine the unknown password other than having to charge the customer for a modem card and have Panasonic call in and reset this? If anyone can help PM me so that a code is not made public. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks & take care
