I have a customer having a TD816-4 with a TVS50, the boss is having an UNLIMITED time Mbox, basically, someone assigned one of the COSs to have everything max, such as the storage time and so on. Here is the question, she claimed that when a caller wants to leave her a long message, such as 10 mins, there will be a reminder broadasting the caller every 4 mins or so and asked the caller to press a 1 or 2 or 3 to continue, if nothing is pressed from the caller side then the call will be dropped. Anyone heard about it and any solutions to remove this annoying reminder? Thanks a lot for your feedback in advanced!
