Have a customer with TDA100 and optional relay card, but can't seem to figure out how to get a relay activation with inbound CO line ringing. Can't find anything in the manual either. Is this even possible on a TDA? Thanks.

That's basically what I need, what normally would be used to activate a loud bell when a new call starts ringing in, but in this case its for a gate entry system where when the call button is pressed and the CO line button starts to ring in, the relay is activated at the same time to switch the security camera system to the gate camera.

I guess if the panasonic can't do it, I could just use a third party product like you guys suggested. Thanks.

Michael, which door station are you using?
I believe the newer KX-T7775 has additional contact closures for use with a standard doorbell.
Could you use this to fire a trigger for the camera relay?
Your Pana vendor should be able to help you out.

It is existing gate equipment that connects to the TDA via CO port. I'm the Pana vendor and have access to support, but have been avoiding calling them because of the long wait. Last time I called it was an hour.
