Has anyone been able to get EFA transfer from voicemail to work? I turned on EFA for trunk group 1 and set EFA transfer sequence to F*60TN,,D yet when I turn on Remote Call forwarding it doesn't work. Also made sure COS in Vmail allows TRF to CO. I made sure the Vmail port COS has the ability to TRF to CO. If I manually use the Flash/recall on the extension the call transfers just fine. Tried with and without the 9 in the remote call forward number for the extension. Also tried setting it to FXD for extension transfer sequence.

According to Panasonic Tech Support that tells it to do an EFA Flash instead of just a regular flash. They said the old TD line it was F*6.

Either way I tried it with and without the *60

I think it only uses EFA for AA transfers.
Call FWD is trunk to trunk Im thinking.

Use the personal menu and send to cell with a digit.
Ex: "Hi this is Jerry, Leave a message after the tone or if you would like to ring my cell phone, press 1 now.!"
EFA xfer is a VM feature, Call FWD is Phone system controlled, just activated by VM.
Also, using call transfer status you can select send to outside number, this will invoke EFA when user dials ext in AA. Or you if you wish to ring phone first, setup Incomplete Call Handling for No Answer to go to a Custom Menu recorded as "Please hold while I transfer your call" then time out to Transfer to out selection.

Also from a user perspective, Option 4 in the mailbox (auto attendant status) selecting option 5, Transfer to Custom Service would take the place of Remote Call FWD.
Custom Service XX being preset to Xfer out via EFA to cell, on time out or Digit selection.
User can invoke remotely of turn off.
