I have a phone system that has 2 8 port extension cards with amphenol connectors and I have to replace one of those 8 ports with a 16 port. This means that I have to re-punch one of the 25 pair lines to include all 16 extensions. I pulled up the wiring diagram that someone posted a while ago, but it seems that you only have the ability to have 5 extensions on a single 25 pair. I think I'm missing some information that I can't find elsewhere. Can anyone advise on which pairs I would be able to use for my problem?

If you're replacing an 8-port digital card with a 16-port one, then the 16 exyensions will fall right down the block from wh/blue to ylw/blue.
