WORKING ON A KX-T7456, TRYING TO PROGRAM THE MANAGERS EXT TO DIAL LONG DISTANCE. ALSO, HAVING TROUBLE WITH TO EXT'S RINGING EVERY 5-10 SECONDS. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

The only thing I know for sure is that there is 45 rooms. This is my first time at this property and not familiar with Panasonic. I usually work on Mitel Systems.

That sounds like a possible dual-cabinet KX-TD1232 to me since you mentioned "rooms". Is this a motel or B&B?
The "ringing every 5-10 seconds" thing almost sounds like 90 volt message waiting lamp voltage causing the room phones to ring in response. The ringers in some cheap phones will respond to DC MW voltage. Just a guess.

R D, that phone is a 24 button, 3 line digital display set, so, you either have a TD 1232 and a lot of SLT sets, a dual cabinet TD1232, a TD 500 or a TDA.
When you have the specifics, re-post and we'll go from there.
