unable to get in to system managers mailbox to set up auto attendant. Get message can not access service.

If your doing this via a telephone you need to enable system manager access by telephone in programming.

Also if you have a laptop connected to the TVS you must disconnect. Can't use the computer programming and set programming at the same time.
