Can you plug a proprietary set into the two ports and see if it is leaving the KSU correctly?

It's 824 Yes I have Reset it, but it looks to me Like it's Shot as When i connect the power there is no flashing or anything just solid red power light.
Also i can't get in using null modem cable without conecting to KSU & extention is busy on ksu.

Classic, power the tvs down, make certain all dip switches are in the off position, connect your LT with the null cable and start up hyperterm, then power the tvs up and see if it goes through the self test mode.
Your certain nothing was changed in TA824 field 130? ------------------------------ MrG

That should have defaulted it. You can try cooling it down but that usually only helps on the units with a hard drive. It sounds like it's shot. Even if you do get it to come up, I'd plan on replacing it,soon!. --------------------------- MrG
