Hi!!!
I have a Panasonic KX-TDA50 Hybrid IP-PBX...
My problem is that i put one expansion card SLC8, but in maintenance console software in port 5 says "FAULT-UNACC", what´s hapenned?
Isn't compatible?

The model of the card is KX-TDA3174 / 5174 / TAW84874

although we dont have the TDA50 here in ireland from what i have read there is a max of 24 slt if you dont have a MEC Card
the card you have is correct is the system seing the card as a 8SLC when you view the port with the software?

Is the system registered? Have you added any other cards to this tda50 succesfully before?

Did you install the card with the system power on?
If so, power the system off and wait a minute then power it back on to see if it recognizes the card.
Go into the maintenance console, slot, and highlight the slc8, drag and drop it into slot 5, and see if that installs it.

That's is my first extension card!

How can I register that?

The Panasonic TDA phone systems are supposed to be purchased, registered and installed by certified Panasonic business telephone dealers. If you are not one you are gonna need to find one.

Does the ROM ID show every time you
connect to the system? If it does, then the system is not registered.
