Have a new TA824 and Used TVA50. the problems are custom messages in the AA, I am unable to re-record or delete them VM 107 & 108 have same recording from previous business, I changed compamy greeting but the previous message still plays. I would like to default the TVA50 to factory settings (how?) I tried reinitilizing and didn't help.
Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks Rick

In the tva manual it tells you how to set the dip switches and re-initialize everything including all recordings.
Extensions 107 and 108 are probably the voice mail ports. What you need to re-record are the custom service menus and individual mailboxs.

Thanks for the quick reply, I have performed the re-initilaizing via the dip switch several times and the recordings are still there. I will try again.

Got it, The previous customer had re-recorded the built in prompts i.e. 1068 etc
