I am working with a new 500 and trying to set up remote IP phones. Per Panasonic, I need to have an IPSEC vpn before it will work. I was wondering if anyone has worked around it. Using direct NAT I have function on the phone, no audio. It is a sonic wall firewall at the host location. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you. help

the best way is with a VPN between sites
the problem with direct is the system does not have an internal address to send the data back too only the external ip address it received
