Looking for help here - I haven't got any experience with Panasonic gear, but am doing some other work at a site tomorrow. They've asked if I can help out with a problem they've having. One extension can dial out DTMF tone, but most cannot. Is this a feature that needs to be enabled on a station by station basis?
Anyone able to offer a suggestion? I've looked through a manual I pulled down from the interwebs, but haven't found it. Much appreciated, and if you don't feel like you can give that out online, I understand that too.

I would find out what COS and TRS class assignments are for the working extension and apply them to the nonworking ones. See if that takes care of it. Both can be found in Extension Programming FF3.
