I have a cust. That states there only reseve cid info on some phones. Can any one tell me is this per co. or per ext. Setting in Programing

Co ring and or transfer. Or just Co ring???

If the phone is physically ringing, by a CO line that has CID incoming and enabled, DIL 1/N DIL 1/1
or transfer, it will show on the phone/ if it is a PT with a display.
