Hello
I have a new client that has a KX-TD816C system.
It always picks up line 3 when calling outbound which happens to be the fax line as well.
How do I change the programming so as too have the user at any phone have to choose the line (Line #1,2,3)?
Any help would be greatly appriciated. Keep in mind that my training is on other manufacture(s) product lines.
Thanks in advance.
Dan

Booner, at each phone press program 99, 1 and then intercom then store.
That will have the set go off hook on intercom.
To make an outside they'll have to press a CO line button.
