I cannot get to the new/old screen pressing my shift
button, I can get to the station/ext/feat screen. When I press shift a second time I get the cont/ring/bgm screen. It was working right then I don't know what I did to get it this way.

The shift light must not be lit now. Once the phone receives a new call, the shift light will light up, then you will be able to access the new/old screen.
