I'm want to install a Tvs50 on a Kxtd1232 that has 1 digital port left. Can I get 2 port, like a Norstar for voicemail or do I need to expand the KSU with a analog card or a digital card.

Connect the one digital port. Using DPITS integration, you'll get 2 voicemail ports.
