I recently did a cut-over for a client from analog lines to a T1/channel-bank setup. Lines are still technically "analog" where they connect to the system.

CallerID stopped working after the cut-over.

Carrier is saying the Caller ID setting in the phone system needs to be changed from "100" to "200"...?

Can anyone tell me what this means? Never heard of such a thing, but in all honesty, I'm not a Panasonic guy (just Nortel).

Thanks in advance,

Under card properties there is FSK or DTMF and a couple of timers, that's it.
Clip on the trunks and check with butt in or slt w/cid.

Are there settings indicating "100" & "200"? I'm thinking the carrier is just blowing smoke. I can't believe the carrier would know settings for each/every system out there.

Yes, I plan on plugging in a CID box at the trunks to test.

Those lines would be treated as analog as you said.
The only settings are those that Brokeda mentioned above.
I would bet something isn't set right in the channel bank.

BTW, I too never heard of "100 / 200"

they could be talking in mili seconds (ms wait time)but as the system default is 300ms (5s) thats not the problem
i would go with MrG on this use a CID display directly on the line to see if you have or not
if you have then change between FSX and DTMF as Brokeda says

Checked the incoming lines with a CID box. CID is displaying from the carrier.

So...changing the card settings from/to FSX/DTMF will solve this?
