I have a tva50 connected to a tda100 , it has the network card installed and connected to the network , e mail address programmed , mailbox programmed to send e mail notification , not working for me. any help would be great thank you , Douglas

have you set up each mailbox wit an e-mail address and allow e-mail to be sent
Have you set up a system mail account for the voicemail to send e-mails from in system parameters,e-mail integration

if you can connect through the lan, you should then check your DNS settings. Under UTILITY and lan settings. If it still doesn't work,check System parameters: Parameters: E-Mail Integration settings and be sure that you have the correct SMTP settings.

thanks for the help , we got it working !!!!! this feature seems to require a joint operation with the phone tech and the it person , to get all the info together and set it in the right place. cool feature though!!!
