I have a customer, a medical clinic, that is upgrading their medical practice software to a new software to comply with EMR, electronic medical records. Their current phone system is a TD 1232, and they are looking at upgrading the phone system as well. Other than Phone Assistant or Communication Assistant, has anyone had experience connecting a TDE or NCP with third party software, and what may be some of the advantages such as screen pops to their own customer contact management software?
I have several medical clinic customers, and this seems like it could be an excellent way to improve their efficency and our business!
