I've setup two analog lines on my pbx and would like the one line to forward to another when it's busy.
example:
user 1 calls into ext xx and uses that line user 2 calls into the same ext xx but gets automatically routed to ext yy.
Is this possible to program by using just the handset?
thanks in advance...
