Last week i bought a Panasonic PBX (KX-TDE100SN) from the Panasonic distributor in Singapore

I have been trying to connect with Unified Management console V5.0.1.5 R1 , however we are getting error saying the required software for Panasonic KX-TDE100 has not been installed into the computers

And we have tried with all the version V2 to V5 , nothing seems to be working.

It could be the system software and the maintenance tool are for different country, where did you get the maintenance tool

Is the system starting
when you loaded the maintenance tool did you sellect the correct country for the system. Was sn an option?

can you read the files on the sd card with an sd reader

OBT thnx for trying to help. got it connected smile had to install 5.1.3.3_R1 version of the software.
