Hello all. We have a client who is a subtenant on a TDA100 v5.0 and TVA50 V1. Client would like incoming calls to ring 3 phones, were using ICD 602, and if unanswered go to a CS Menu in the voicemail. Our problem is that once the call goes to voicemail, the caller gets CS1 which is the Building owner's CS. We've tried VM Trunk group changes, ICD Mailbox settings, it just defaults to Port Service no matter what.
I seem to remember from Panasonic training that the only way to get an incoming call to follow VM Trunk group is to DIL that trunk(s) to 500, not via Overflow. Anyone run into this ?
Thanks in advance, Mike.
