On a KXTD1232-6 with TVA50 I have put phantom extension 100 button and MW light button on multiple phones for dial 0 coverage. How do I get it to go to the mailbox 100 after 4 rings? In the TVA50 PBX parameters I am using FXD for all transfer sequences at this time.

Did you create mail box 100 ?
Make it's extension 100.
There is a no answer timer in the TVA which I believe is in seconds, you will need to set that at 15 to 20 seconds for 4 rings.

Yes, mailbox 100 was created with ext 100. Where is the timer you are referring to? In mailbox settings? Will it be active if I am using FXD (blind transfer) in the TVA? I have always used FXD to avoid additional questions before leaving a message. Should I "alternate extension"?

It's been a while since I've worked on the TVAs'
You will have to change the FXD though as with flash - transfer- disconnect, the AA is out of the picture and can't pull the call back.
I'd change that to FXA.
I'd try it after that as the timer may be OK but I do believe the TVA offers individual timer settings.
