Hi just came across this error for the first time, any advice on what to check on site?
The TDA100 has 2x DHLC8, 1x BRI4, 1x CSI/F leaving two spare slots, version 7.
Customer says the system phones lose all power would it be worthwhile just swapping out the PSU.
Thanks

Error means • Optional service card malfunction • Back board malfunction • IPCMPR card malfunction
What to check
See if the corresponding optional service card is installed properly • Pull out and re-insert the corresponding optional service card • Press the Reset Button • Replace the corresponding optional service card • Replace the back board (be sure to turn off the PBX when replacing) • Replace the IPCMPR card (be sure to turn off the PBX when replacing)
Since you dont have an option card, it could be the ipcmpr card or back board.
Check for sign of our furry friends in the system, one of my collages found one in the cover of a Kxtda30 last week

I've had similar symptoms with all phones losing power, and when I replaced the power supply that fixed the problem. My elog showed loss of power though and not LPR error.

It could be the PSU but a fault on the ipcmpr card could cause the phones to go off

I've never had an MPR card go bad, but I've had several power supplies with problems. I would rather switch out the ps than the mpr. I don't know of too many people with spare mprs.......If the problem isn't too intermittent, that would be a quick way to find out.

Hi
Replaced the PSU but the issue remains.
Swapped the 2x DHLC8 around incase one was creating the issue but still no joy.
Looks like a new CCU!!

You may have to upgrade to tde as the tda 100-200 are on the way out. The old psu should work with the tde

I have upgraded the kit to a TDA200 and the error message is now appearing on this system!?!
So I assume that means trying new cards as I just used the existing cards: 2x DHLC8, 1x BRI4, 1x CSI/F
Last time I was at the site the customer explained a new issue - on Night mode all phones are set to ring but alot of the users are complaining that incoming calls are dropping once they answer. Would this point to the ISDN card?
Any thoughts?
Thanks
